介護人材不足は、医療・介護サービスの提供に大きな影響を与え、社会保障費の増大やサービスの低下を引き起こす懸念があります。また、人手不足によるサービス低下や労働環境の悪化による離職率の上昇、経営状態の悪化も危惧されています。
特定技能制度
特定技能制度は、日本が労働力不足に対応するために、2019年4月に施行した在留資格制度です。この制度では、特定の業種において一定のスキルや知識を持つ外国人が日本で働くことが可能になりました。
